I self excluded myself from gambling on 18th November 2018 vis gamstop. Sadly with people like pinnit2015 losing motivation to “ramble” about these issues it just encourages certain unscrupulous gambling companies to continue to exploit people without any consequences. I think the fact that they have left an account from a UK customer, who they know to be registered with GamStop open tells you all you need to know about the company. Is your account still open and have you attempted to claim your deposits back?

I asked them what there timescales were for responses to complaints and also asked for a copy of their complaint procedure but they just responded with a standard acknowledgment. But the fact that you got promo material (a breach of their LCCP, would seem to suggest something’s gone awry at the casino point) In this situation though I personally would say it’s only right you get your deposits back, or at least the majority of them.
